These are pre-launch research pages operated by Dominion AI. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your email address, and your name if you provide it, when you join a waitlist or preorder.
• Order details: if you preorder, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card and shares back the amount, and confirmation of payment. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Campaign attribution: UTM parameters in the link you arrived from (which ad/campaign), so we can tell which messages resonate.
• Basic analytics: if enabled, the Meta Pixel records page views and conversions to measure ad performance.

How we use it

• To add you to a waitlist or fulfil and support a preorder.
• To send you a short personal follow-up and, if you opt to stay, occasional launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure which ads and pages work, in aggregate.

Who we share it with

We use trusted processors to run these pages: Stripe (payments), Neon (our database), Vercel (hosting), Google/Gmail (email), and Meta (advertising and the pixel). We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@dominionequity.com or use the contact page. You can opt out of Meta ad tracking through your Meta account and browser settings.

Retention

We keep waitlist and preorder records only as long as needed to run this validation and support you, then remove them.
