Refund Policy

What this means

Every product on these pages is in pre-launch validation. When you preorder, you are reserving the product at today's price and telling us to build it. You are charged now, but you carry no risk:

• You can request a full refund at any time before the product is delivered to you, no reason needed.
• If we do not deliver within 21 days of the campaign ending, your payment is automatically refunded in full, without you having to ask.
• If we decide not to build the product, every preorder is refunded in full, same day.

How to request a refund

Reply to any email from us, or reach us via the contact page. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Waitlists

Joining a waitlist is free and involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can ask to be removed at any time.
