These pages are operated by Dominion AI for the purpose of validating demand for pre-launch products. By using them, you agree to the following.

Pre-launch status

Every product described here is in active validation and development. It may change substantially, launch later than expected, or not launch at all. Nothing on these pages is a guarantee that a product will ship in any particular form or timeframe.

Waitlists

Joining a waitlist is free, places no obligation on you, and simply registers your interest and reserves early access.

Preorders and payment

If you preorder, you are charged today to reserve the product at the stated price. Preorders are fully refundable under our Refund Policy: refundable any time before delivery, with delivery within 21 days of campaign end or an automatic full refund. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Please provide accurate information and do not misuse these pages or attempt to disrupt them.

Limitation of liability

These pages and any pre-launch materials are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Dominion AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them. Your financial exposure is limited to any amount you paid, which is refundable as described above.

Changes

We may update these terms as the validation progresses. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
